Maxwell Miner founded Executive Treatment Solutions with one mission: to help people turn legal crises into real opportunities for recovery and redemption. With a background that combines clinical insight, system-level advocacy, and firsthand experience navigating the criminal justice system, Max understands what’s at stake — and what it takes to earn a second chance.
Over the years, he saw too many people fall through the cracks. Law firms lacked the clinical knowledge to guide clients through addiction or mental health issues. Treatment centers weren’t equipped to build court-admissible documentation or coordinate with attorneys. Max built ETS to fill that gap.
