When your clients are facing criminal charges, jail time isn’t always the only option. At Executive Treatment Solutions, we specialize in alternative sentencing programs that align with court expectations while giving clients a real path to rehabilitation.
Team Effort
At Executive Treatment Solutions (ETS), we help attorneys achieve better outcomes for their clients by handling the rehabilitation, monitoring, and documentation side of the case. While you focus on legal defense, we provide the evidence of accountability that courts and prosecutors respect.
Most law firms don’t have the infrastructure to manage treatment programs, compliance reporting, or court‑approved evaluations. That’s where ETS steps in.
The justice system rarely gives second chances on its own. Pretrial mitigation and diversion programs are the exceptions—if your client can demonstrate readiness and compliance. ETS helps you deliver that proof.
While you handle motions, hearings, and negotiations, ETS takes care of the human side of the case:
By partnering with ETS, you’re not just outsourcing compliance—you’re adding leverage to your case.

Providing high-quality support plans for indigent clients—often with fast turnarounds and sliding scale options.
Creating treatment and diversion tracks tailored to high-profile or high-stakes cases that demand discretion and court compliance.
Working directly with court administrators and probation departments to fulfill specific program requirements.
Supplying regular updates, compliance documentation, and progress reports that reflect accountability and measurable change.
The Simple Process
We’ve designed our referral and intake process to be fast, simple, and attorney-friendly. When your client is facing time-sensitive legal challenges, we move quickly to get them the support they need—without adding more paperwork or confusion to your plate.
Use our secure Referral Form to submit basic client details. You can provide court deadlines, charges, preferred contact methods, and any special circumstances we should be aware of. No lengthy intake needed—we keep it lean for your team.
Our team reaches out to the client directly—usually the same day. We handle all communication, scheduling, and orientation so you don’t have to babysit the process.
We conduct a thorough intake and assign the client a tailored diversion program or treatment plan based on their needs and court requirements. This could include DUI classes, parenting, anger management, or substance use support.
You stay in the loop. We send regular updates and progress reports that you can forward directly to the court or DA. These updates are designed to support your argument for reduced sentencing, dismissal, or deferred entry of judgment.
Once the client completes their program, we issue a completion certificate and supporting documentation you can file with the court. Everything is timestamped, professional, and compliant with local standards.
